Relevant literature introduces the CNC transformation technology of two-axis open-loop control, but due to the limitation of the gear hobbing machine structure, this method is not easy to implement for the drive of the hob cutter, and there are more complex processing programming and operation. The quasi-two-axis open-loop control CNC system developed by us with the Harmonaco inertial drum gear harmonic unit CSF-20-120-2UH single-chip microcomputer as the control core has been successfully used in the transformation of medium-sized gear hobbing machines to process high-quality drum gears.
