Harmonic Gearbox CSF-45-100-2UH

The Harmonic Drive CSF-45-100-2UH harmonic reducer in a rocking table module transmits motion. Harmonic drives typically consist of three basic components: a rigid wheel with internal teeth, a flexible wheel with external teeth that produces radial elastic deformation during operation, and a wave generator, an elliptical wave with a flexible rolling bearing on its outer ring, housed within the flexible wheel. The number of external teeth on the flexible wheel is less than the number of internal teeth on the rigid wheel. When the wave generator rotates, the external teeth of the flexible wheel, corresponding to the long axis, mesh with the internal teeth of the rigid wheel.

Product Description

Provided the manufacturing process is guaranteed, the load-bearing capacity of worm gear drives of the same type will not differ significantly.

The quality and performance of gear products, besides relying on reasonable and efficient design methods, are primarily determined by the level of gear manufacturing. In recent years, my country's gear manufacturing capabilities and levels have made significant progress, with gear precision grades generally improving; for example, low-speed gears have improved from grade 8-9 to grade 7-8.

Corresponding gear processing machine tools and gear cutting tools are generally domestically produced. Cylindrical gears are widely used in mechanical products, with many specifications and varieties. The Harmonic Drive CSF-45-100-2UH typically uses involute tooth bases. Most are made of medium carbon alloy steel or carburized alloy steel, with a few using nitrided steel. Appropriate heat treatment processes are specified according to their performance requirements, such as quenching and tempering, induction hardening, carburizing and nitriding, and surface nitriding.

Spur (including helical) bevel gears are machined using the gear planing method, which includes two forms: generating and profile milling. For small-module bevel gears produced in batches, the broaching method can be used for milling, which is highly efficient but requires special care. Double-cutter milling is also used. This method is suitable for the efficient machining of medium and small-module bevel gears. Similar to the generating method, the machined tooth width is limited by the cutter diameter.

If the cutter is rolled relative to the workpiece during machining, indexing, tooth profile, and tooth direction machining can be completed simultaneously in one roll. Due to differences in machine tool and cutter structure, there are three tooth adjustment methods for this type of bevel gear: Olecon, Klingenberg, and Glissen. For both types of curved bevel gears mentioned above, simply adjust the axis of the bevel gear being machined to be offset from the axis of the machine tool's rocker. Both can be used to cut hypoid bevel gear pairs.

In the past decade or so, my country has successively imported a considerable number of large-scale complete sets of equipment from leading industrial countries in the world, for applications such as petrochemicals, large-scale fertilizers, gas turbines, metallurgical steel rolling, building materials, and open-pit mining.
