СрпскиThe Harmanaco Chemical Container Harmonic Reducer CSF-40-100-2UH is mainly composed of four basic components: the wave generator, the flexible gear, the flexible bearing, and the rigid gear. The harmonic drive reducer is a type of gear transmission that relies on the wave generator to work with the flexible bearing, causing the flexible gear to undergo controlled elastic deformation and mesh with the rigid gear to transmit motion and power. The number of external teeth on the flexible gear is fewer than the number of internal teeth on the rigid gear. When the wave generator rotates, the external teeth of the flexible gear along the long axis direction precisely engage with the internal teeth of the rigid gear.
The macroscopic manifestation of creep failure is an excessive sagging (creep deformation) shape, and the final fracture (rupture) is caused by the propagation of creep cracks.
Corrosion failure is a failure mode related to environmental media. The corrosive media encountered by chemical vessels are very complex. In terms of corrosion mechanism, they fall into two major categories:chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion. The fundamental difference is whether there is a transfer of electric charge between atoms during the formation of corrosion compounds.
In terms of morphology, corrosion failure can be divided into the following typical cases:① General corrosion (also known as uniform corrosion);② Local corrosion;③ Pitting corrosion;④ Intergranular corrosion;⑤ Stress corrosion;⑥ Crevice corrosion;⑦ Hydrogen corrosion;⑧ Selective corrosion.
Corrosion failure is considered to have occurred when corrosion develops to the point that the overall strength is insufficient (caused by general corrosion, intergranular corrosion, or hydrogen corrosion) or the local strength is insufficient. If corrosion is allowed to develop, mild cases will result in leakage, local plastic instability, or overall plastic instability. In severe cases, it can lead to rupture. The progression and propagation of stress corrosion can also cause leakage or low-stress brittle fracture.
Instability Failure
Instability failure refers to the wrinkling deformation of a vessel that loses stability under the action of external pressure (including vacuum). Wrinkling can be local or overall.
Interactive Failure Modes of Vessels
Interactive failure refers to the simultaneous occurrence of multiple types of failure in a vessel under the action of multiple factors. There are two main types of failure that tend to occur in vessels.
